Job Descriptions• Act as the primary point of contact for franchisees within the retail segment, representing their interests and driving sales of concrete products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, contractors, and other stakeholders to identify sales opportunities and promote a concrete product.
• Collaborate with franchisees and the FMD KAMs to understand their sales objectives and plan sales strategies to meet their needs and goals.
• Work with the SCCO CSM to utilize SCCO's trading business to facilitate transactions and process orders for concrete selling on behalf of franchisees.
• Provide ongoing support and assistance to franchisees in navigating the sales process, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues as needed.
• Monitor and report market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to the FMD KAMs.
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including concrete selling volume, trading fees, and royalty fees generated, and provide regular reports and updates to management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
