Job DescriptionsSupport corporate, facility activities related to conformance with Federal-Mogul’s EHS
Policy and EHS standards, implement the company EHS policy, providing procedures, guidance, training, and technical advice as needed.
Coordinate and oversee EHS aspects to all sites, following up the correction to those deficiencies and nonconformance existed, as well as potential risk and liabilities.
Coach, support, and develop site EHS personals and teams, focusing on continuous improvement and standardization of best-in-class performance across all facilities
Track the EHS legislation take appropriate actions to ensure facilities comply with legal and other requirements.
Provide real-time support to facilities including necessary emergency response and leading the investigation of significant illness and injury incidents and other EHS events.
Participate in EHS performance review periodically with senior regional management as one of a management staff.
Review and report EHS progress to Global EHS, varied by weekly, monthly or in any other frequency required.
Travel to facilities as necessary to provide on-site EHS support
Interact and negotiate with public and agency officials regarding the company’s position on regulatory requirements, legislation, and compliance.
Serve as employee advocate regarding matters related to occupational safety & health
Support the corporation, business units, and facilities by providing advice and assistance as to the application and/or interpretation of safety, health, environment, and fire related legal requirements, to ensure human and environment protection and minimization of legal risks and liabilities.
Oversee waste management of operations on site
To conduct daily safety and environmental audit in operation site.
To conduct risk assessment of company operation.
To conduct safety and environmental activities, report, and relevant process of required Thai occupational health and safety laws.
