Job Descriptions

Job Description Responsible for various tax treatments for the company: 1. Register and calculate the withholding tax, value-added tax, and stamp tax details incurred in the month every month; 2. According to tax requirements, complete the declaration and payment of various taxes in the tax system on time every month; 3. Complete semi-annual and annual income tax declarations, payments, and settlements on time; 4. According to the information provided by the BOI specialist, the accounting treatment of BOI and non-BOI businesses must be done; 5. Connect with BOI officials, customs, and taxation bureaus to provide accounting information required for on-site review; 6. Process the documents required for a tax refund in a timely manner; 7. Organize value-added tax invoices and withholding tax forms every month and bind them into books; 8. Collect and study the latest tax-related policies in Thailand, standardize tax declarations, and implement relevant tax policies. 9. Other matters arranged by the supervisor.

Qualifications

More than 5 years of accounting work experience in the manufacturing industry.
Familiarity with the accounting treatment of BOI businesses.
Be familiar with the calculation, declaration, and payment of various taxes in Thailand.
Must have a Thai CPD certificate and have the authority to sign PP50, PP51, PP30, and other financial statement materials
Proficient in using ERP software, especially SAP.
Familiarity with taxation, assets, general ledger accounting processing, and financial statement preparation.
Good communication skills and teamwork awareness.
English, Can speak Chinese preferred.
