Job Descriptions

Job Description 1. On-site inventory management: warehouse safety and 7S on-site inventory management, warehouse temperature and humidity control, records of various inspection forms, communication, coordination, and reporting of abnormal matters 2. Department system file management: Responsible for the formulation of department system documents, improvement of rules, systems, and processes, and continuous updating and improvement to ensure effective implementation and consistency in speaking and writing. 3. Warehouse planning: responsible for the planning of warehouse area, area identification, manpower requirements, etc. 4. Inventory management: Cooperate with finance to plan, supervise, implement, analyze, and summarize the warehouse inventory work. 5. Logistics costs and logistics supplier management: Reasonably control logistics costs, effectively supervise the transportation work of logistics companies, assess service quality, and complete the reconciliation of monthly logistics costs. 6. Warehouse work supervision and performance management: inspection of various receipts and storage work in the warehouse, identification of problems and timely correction of errors, on-site inspection, continuous improvement, performance indicator formulation, assessment, communication, and motivation of department personnel 7. Warehouse document management: responsible for supervising the warehouse-related entry and exit system accounts to ensure that documents are processed correctly and in a timely manner. 8. Inventory inventory management: organize daily, weekly, and monthly inventory of warehouses and analyze differences in account cards. 9. Other project work, WMS system, MES system online, etc. 10. Production of weekly and monthly reports for relevant departments

Qualifications

More than 5 years of experience in electronic product warehouse management
Have experience operating warehouse modules of ERP or SAP systems.
Familiarize yourself with the WTB system and have rich practical experience in the WMS system.
Familiarity with warehouse management processes
Proficient in using office software
Have customer service awareness and be result-oriented.
Have strong communication and expression skills, learning ability, and stress resistance ability.
Have a forklift license.
English, Can speak Chinese preferred.
