Job Descriptions
-ตรวจสอบและบำรุงรักษาเซิร์ฟเวอร์และโครงสร้างพื้นฐานเครือข่าย และให้แน่ใจว่าแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้องได้รับแจ้งถึงความเสี่ยงที่อาจเกิดขึ้น/ผลกระทบต่อบริการอย่างทันท่วงที -ตรวจสอบกระบวนการสำรองข้อมูล บันทึกระบบ บันทึกความปลอดภัย และรายงานกิจกรรมที่น่าสงสัยไปยังหัวหน้างานโดยตรง -ตอบสนองต่อเหตุการณ์ด้านความปลอดภัย เครือข่าย และบริการ เปิดและมอบหมายตั๋วปัญหาเมื่อจำเป็น และรายงานเหตุการณ์ดังกล่าวไปยังหัวหน้างานโดยตรง -ทำหน้าที่เป็นบุคคลที่รับผิดชอบในกรณีที่เกิดการขัดข้อง/ผลกระทบต่อบริการ ทำงาน จันทร์-ศุกร์ 8.30- 17.30 หยุดเสาร์-อาทิตย์
Qualifications
  1. เพศ ชาย
  2. อายุ 24-30 ปี
  3. วุฒิ ป.ตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ สารสนเทศฯ หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  4. มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน IT Helpdesk หรือ NOC มาอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
  5. ทัศนคติในการเรียนรู้อย่างรวดเร็ว และความสามารถในการทำงานหลายอย่างพร้อมกัน
  6. มีความละเอียดรอบครอบ และใส่ใจกับรายละเอียดสูง
  7. สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
  8. ชอบงานบริการ มีความกระตือรือล้น ในการแก้ไขปัญหาให้กับลูกค้า
  9. มีทักษะในการใช้งาน MS Office ได้ดี
