1.Assists in all aspects of HR administration, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
2.Develops and implements HR policies and procedures.
3.Coordinates and manages HR training and development programs.
4.Provides administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, report preparation, and document management.
5.Maintains employee records and files.
6.Answers employee questions and concerns about HR policies and procedures.

1.Manage and oversea the schedule of employee shuttle buses and company car for employee
2.Control and manage shuttle buses,stores,housekeeping staffs
3.Oversea billing note and regular expenes of each deparment
4.Verify the criminal record of employee
5.Doing 90 days accommodation report for foreigner employee
6.manage company dormitory in accordance with company regulations
7.manage and control an employee uniforms and employee ID card
8.manage and control cleanliness of buildings, company canteen, meeting room, toilets, and surrounding areas.
9.control and manage the schedule of meeting room usage.
10.Book the accommodation and hotel for both Thai employee and foreigner employees
11.manage the foreigner VISA and work permit.
12.perfrom other duties as assigned.
