Job Descriptions
1.Be responsible for the production planning, effective production to delivery the high quality productions according to the requirements. 2.Control about quality of product with effectiveness to ensure to meet the quality requirement of customers. 3.Production planning to ensure the production effectiveness is achieved. 4.Manage, motivate and develop staff in a manner that will facilitate high performance in line with company business development needs， improve the whole team ability. 5.Manage the production employees of assembly setion 6.Manage that the operator follow the WI. feedback the mistake of the control plan and WI and suggest the improved acton. 7.Manage the department to follow the quality system 8.Manage the department to follow HSM requirement. 9.Acts as the communication link both upward and downward between senior management and production personnel. 10.Other tasks assigned by company.
Qualifications
  1. Strong communication and organization skills.
  2. Strong leadership skills
  3. Working under press and initiative.
  4. Have sense of responsibility.
  5. Familiar with MS Office.
  6. Priority given to those with more than 2 years of experience in production management in foreign-funded enterprises;
  7. Resume in English or Chinese only.
