Job Descriptions
-ผลิต และจัดเตรียมวัตถุดิบ เพื่อจัดส่งไปยังสาขาต่างๆ
-ตรวจความเรียบร้อยของ Station ที่รับผิดชอบในแต่ละวัน
-ควบคุมการใช้วัตถุดิบตามหลัก FIFO ทำอาหารตามมาตรฐาน สูตร และขั้นตอนการทำอาหารของร้านอย่างเคร่งครัด อาหารญี่ปุ่น อาหารอิตาเลียน
-ดูแลจัดเก็บวัตถุดิบและอุปกรณ์ทำเส้นให้เป็นระบบระเบียบอยู่เสมอ
-จัดเรียงวัตถุดิบอุปกรณ์ให้ตรงหมวดหมู่
-งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ม.3 - ปริญญาตรี
- มีความสนใจและชื่นชอบอาหาร
- มีประสบการณ์ส่วนงานครัวกลาง อาหารญี่ปุ่น 1 ปี
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
- สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที
