Job Descriptions

Responsibilities 1. Manage and control the quality assurance standards of the company's products and raw materials. 2. Participate in the development of Current and New product. 3. Determine procedures for quality control inspection of products and raw materials. 4. Participate in analyzing the causes of product and raw material quality problems and propose solutions to prevent problems. 5. Coordinate with relevant internal departments to bring problems to be solved with related departments. 6. Check the production process to be in accordance with the standards. 7. Trouble shooting by analysis and make countermeasure to reduce monthly & daily problem. 8. Manage technically to improve quality appropriately and in accordance with good practice.

Qualifications

Experience at least 5 years in the manufacturing field (Automotive part's)
Age : 35-40 Years old.
Education : Bachelor's degree or over
: Engineering (Industrial , Mechanical , Electrical ,or related fields).
Strong knowledge in ISO 9001 / IATF16949.
Self-motivation, able to work under pressure, problem-solving systematically, and analytically.
Team management, strong leadership, high quality-minded, strong personality.
Computer skill (Microsoft Office , AutoCAD , Solid work).
IATF16949 system audit experience (Internal , External )
Knowledge about core tool (APQP,PPAP,FMEA,MSA).
Good speaking, reading, writing in English.
