Job Descriptions
1. Collect and document user's requirements
2. Coordinate the development, installation, integration and operation of computer-based systems
3. Define system functionality
4. Evaluate the performance and reliability of system designs
5. Evaluate user feedback
6. Research technical information to design, develop and test computer-based systems 7. Lead and co-ordinate teams of information systems professionals in the development of software and integrated information systems, process control software and other embedded software control systems
8. Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
9. Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests
10. Plan and direct market research studies
11. Analyze and interpret data
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above is preferred;
- Able to communicate in Thai and English (or Thai and Chinese) proficiently;
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, PMBOK) and software development lifecycle (SDLC);
- Experience with Project management tools such as Jira;
- Experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python;
- Experience with SQL and Cloud Service application;
- Understand with CRMs and Automotive service business;
- Experience with monitoring quality using CI/CD and DevOps systems;
- Experience with integration and functional testing.
