Job Descriptions
• รับผิดชอบงานด้านการเจรจากับเจ้าของที่ดิน เพื่อขอเช่าพื้นที่ในการเปิดร้าน
• ประสานงาน และติดต่อทำเอกสารสัญญาเช่าที่ดิน / อาคาร
• งานแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ เกี่ยวกับที่ดิน สัญญาเช่า
• งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับหมาย
Qualifications
- ชาย / หญิง อายุตั้งแต่ 25 - 40 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในการติดต่อประสานงานหรือเจรจาเกี่ยวกับที่ดิน
- สามารถเดินทางไปต่างจังหวัดได้ทั่วประเทศไทย ออกภาคสนามได้
- มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวใช้ในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่
