Job Descriptions

1. Cloud Infrastructure Support: - Assist in the day-to-day management of cloud services on Azure, AWS, GCP, and localcloud. - Monitor cloud environments, ensuring optimal performance and availability. - Assist in the implementation and deployment of cloud-based resources and services. 2. Incident Management: - Respond to alerts and incidents related to cloud services. - Collaborate with senior team members to resolve incidents quickly and efficiently. 3. Maintenance and Upgrades: - Apply patches and updates to cloud services and tools as directed. - Perform routine backups and assist in disaster recovery procedures. 4. Documentation: - Maintain documentation for operational procedures and system configurations. - Document incident reports and resolution steps. 5. Continuous Learning: - Stay updated with the latest developments in supported cloud platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
Experience of 2-3 years in network infrastructure and operations, or recent graduates with strong internship experience.
Knowledge of network and security solutions (Cisco/Palo Alto/Fortigate)
Knowledge of enterprise network technology such as Routing/Switching/Proxy/LoadBalancer/Wireless
Knowledge of network WAN technology such as MPLS/S2S VPN/SD-WAN
Basic knowledge of Windows, Linux, VMware
Basic understanding of infrastructure as code for Azure and AWS will be extra consideration.
Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
