Job Descriptions

•Assess and improve current operational processes and procedures across procurement, quality control, sales and marketing, warehouse logistics, and finance-related processes to increase the company's internal efficiency and streamline workflows. This role focuses on enhancing how these critical functions integrate to better support the company's overall objectives. •Innovate and implement strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the organization. •Ensure that operational activities are executed on time and within budget constraints. •Oversee the collection, analysis, and utilization of data to monitor performance metrics. •Use insights from data analytics to set productivity targets, reduce costs per unit, and eliminate operational errors, thereby enhancing the company's capabilities. •Maintain continuous, effective, and appropriate communication both within the organization and with external to ensure alignment and compliance with company objectives. ทำงานจันทร์-ศุกร์ 08.00-17.00 น. (หยุดเสาร์-อาทิตย์)

Qualifications

Age: 28-40
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in operations management, business administration, or related field.
at least 3 years experience in operation management role
Experience in this role within the food factory industry will be highly regarded and given special consideration.
Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes.
Knowledge of business productivity software and an aptitude for learning new applications.
