Responsibilities
Understanding and knowing how to use Oracle System with emphasis on receiving, transferring
and issuing.
Performing the receiving, issuing, transferring material in the Oracle system and ensure accuracy
data.
Ensuring all requirements are met per the work instructions and the appropriate information is
“accurately” inputted into Oracle.
Review the receipt documentation.
Document any overage, shortage or damage at the time of receipt with an OS&D and maintained
the OS&D log.
Running reports and maintaining files per instructions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in any field
- 5 years working experience in Oil and Gas data management or related field
- Computer skill
- Communication skill
- Problem solving skill
- Service mind
- Good team player
