-ตรวจสอบเอกสาร Debit note ก่อนวางบิล
-จัดทำเอกสารวางบิล
-ติดต่อประสานงานกับลูกค้า และแผนกอื่น ๆ
-สรุปค่าใช้จ่าย และใบแจ้งหนี้
-งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
- เพศหญิง/ชาย อายุ 23-30 ปี
- จบปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยว
- มีประสบการณ์งานคลังสินค้า รับเข้า-ส่งออก
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
- มีความสามารถในการติดต่อสื่อสาร พูดคุย กับลูกค้าได้ดี
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษ เช่น การอ่าน การฟัง และการโต้ตอบ E-mail ได้
- ใช้ computer program Microsoft office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงาน อย่างน้อย 1-3 ปี
- มีความระเอียดรอบครอบ
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบ IMS, WMS
