Job Descriptions
Main Duties & Responsibilities (หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ): • ให้บริการลูกค้าที่เข้ามาใช้บริการภายในสปา / ตอบข้อซักถาม / และ เสนอการบริการให้ตรงกับความต้องการของลูกค้า • จัดการ Booking ทุกช่องทาง และ ประสานงานเรื่องการจัดคิว การให้บริการ • กระตุ้นยอดขาย เพื่อเพิ่มรายได้ให้กับสปา • ดูแลรายรับในแต่ละวัน ทำหน้าที่ Cashier เพื่อส่งข้อมูลให้กับแผนกบัญชี • ตรวจสอบพื้นที่ ที่ให้บริการ ให้อยู่ในความสะอาดเรียบร้อยให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานของกระทรวงสาธารณสุข • ตรวจสอบและจัดทำรายงาน เกี่ยวกับการใช้บริการของลูกค้า • ทำหน้าที่ประสานงาน การจัดคิว การให้บริการ ระหว่างพนักงานผู้ให้บริการ และลูกค้าผู้มาใช้บริการ 6 Day off. Shift : 9.00-19.00 11.30-21.30 PH : 15 Days.
Qualifications
  1. ป.ตรี ทุกสาขา เพศชาย - หญิง อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
  2. ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน ด้านบริการลูกค้า อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
  3. มีทักษะในการเจรจา การให้บริการ service mind ที่ดี
  4. มีความคล่องตัว และ มีเทคนิคทักษะในการสื่อสาร ที่ดี
  5. มีความรอบคอบ ในการทำงานด้านเอกสาร
  6. ทักษะการใช้ computer พื้นฐาน word,excel
  7. มีทักษะ ในการสื่่อสาร ฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน English ได้ เป็นอย่างดี
  8. หากมีความสามารถ ด้านภาษาอื่น ๆ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  9. หากมีประสบการณ์ ในการทำงาน โดยตรงในธุรกิจสปา จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  10. หากสามารถที่จะปฏิบัติงานได้ ทั้ง 2 สาขา จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
