Job Descriptions

• Develop efficient and functional layouts that maximize the use of space. • Create detailed layout, elevations, and 3D renderings. • Generate innovative design concepts that align with the company’s vision and brand identity. • Source and select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and decor items. • Ensure all selections meet budgetary constraints and project timelines. • Coordinate with contractors, architects, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution. • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure cohesive design integration. • Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure adherence to design specifications. • Manage project progress and set targets, deliverables and requirements. • Perform other related duties as required. • Work with internal departments, external consultants and suppliers to complete all project functions from initial concept to construction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Design, Interior, or Architecture.
At least 1 years of experience in project development or design oriented
Proficiency in MS Office Word and Excel.
Able to use AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch Up or other rendering programs
Advanced knowledge of finishes, materials, furnishings, and standards
Able to communicate in English speaking, listening, writing and presentation Mandarin is plus
