Job Descriptions
1.Assisting to enhance the effectiveness of Safety, Health and Environment. 2.Support Assistant Safety and Security Manager for controlling the quality of management reporting by means of internal Safety, Health and Environment auditing and site inspections, effective Safety, Health and Environment program, monitoring and audit action follow-up. 3.Submit monthly and yearly reporting and ensure that all injuries, accidents, incidents are recorded and filed for further reference. 4.Carry out the duties of the Health and Safety Committee Secretary and participate in operation meetings & management reviews. 5.Manage Project Health and Safety Introduction training as required including promote activities at work site. 6.Carry out accident loss investigations as directed by the Senior Safety and Security Manager. 7.Maintain a diary of principal health and safety activities in the Project. 8.Responsible for other duties as required by labor laws. Remark : Work at night shift (23.00-08.00hrs.) at least 2-3 days a week
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health/Safety, Environmental or a related field
  2. 1-3 years of experience in safety function in shopping centres industry.
  3. Certify of Occupational Health & Safety/ Fire command.
  4. Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  5. Details oriented skill.
  6. Proven Communication and organizational skills
  7. Good human relations, creative, enthusiastic and service minded.
  8. Organizational skills and multitasking, ability to prioritize.
  9. Basic skills in English.
