-วางระบบและควบคุมดูแลการทำงานของแผนกต่างๆภายในฟาร์มให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายของบริษัท
-วิเคราะห์หาสาเหตุและหาแนวทางการแก้ปัญหาด้านต่างๆในฟาร์ม
-รายงานผลการดำเนินงานของฟาร์มต่อผู้บริหาร รวมถึงนำเสนอแนวทางการปรับปรุงแก้ไขปัญหางานต่างๆ
-อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
- หากมีประสบการณ์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรู้ ความเชียวชาญด้านการดูแล การเลี้ยงโคนม เเละโคเนื้อ
- มีความรับผิดชอบ ขยัน อดทน สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี
