Job Descriptions
รายละเอียดงานและความรับผิดชอบ: (สถานที่ทำงานคือบางนาตราด กม.5) 1. Prepare for quotation, invoice, receipt, PO, WHT documents by PEAK account 2. Prepare PND.1-3-53 (if any) and PP.30 (if any) 3. Prepare the finance & accounting related document, e.g. voucher, petty cash control, AP, AR, ect.. 4. Prepare balance sheet with the monthly report, AP/AR report, Monthly salary report 5. Bookkeeping for financial statement by Express program or PEAK account 6. Unlimited SSO registration and quit 7. Contact banker (if any) 8. Other tasks assign from supervisor
Qualifications
  1. อายุ: 28-40 ปี, Nationality: Thailand
  2. ประสบการณ์การทำงาน: 2-5 ปี
  3. ปริญญาตรีในสาขาที่เหมาะสมหรือประสบการณ์การทำงานเทียบเท่า
  4. มีประสบการณ์ในการสร้างรายงานการเงิน
  5. มีประสบการณ์ในการดำเนินการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบัญชีทั่วไปและกระบวนการปิดปี/ปิดเดือน
  6. มีทักษะในการใช้และบริหารจัดการซอฟต์แวร์บัญชีอย่างดีเยี่ยม
  7. มีความรู้ในกฎหมายภาษี
  8. มีประสบการณ์ในการใช้ซอฟต์แวร์บัญชีเป็นประโยชน์ (เช่น PEAK / EXPRESS)
  9. สามารถพูดและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (เป็นประโยชน์)
  10. มีความรู้ลึกเกี่ยวกับขั้นตอนและหลักการบัญชีพื้นฐานรวมทั้งหลักการบัญชีที่ได้รับการยอมรับทั่วไป (GAAP)
  11. สถานที่ทำงานคือบางนาตราด กม.5
