Job Descriptions
- Leads direct/indirect material cost reduction in compliance with company policy - Be responsible for accurately and effectively managing savings roadmap to meet annual P&L objectives in Thailand. - Improve Trade Working Capital improvement in Thailand suppliers according to the company goals. - Execute Electronics Components Category Strategies and be a part of the central procurement team and strategic project team. - Communicates and aligns with global team for procurement processes adherence, strategy alignment and execute within compliance as COE roles - Leads new business sourcing/new business pursuit for the company - Increases local supply-based performance - Manages direct/indirect procurement related issues as support function to local operation team - Communication with relevant teams not only in Thailand but oversea’ locations for the alignment
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in related fields
  2. Procurement dept management experience at global company, at least Five years
  3. Experience of managing Indirect Procurement Goods and Services
  4. Experience of global strategic procurement-related projects and activities
  5. Management & procurement related working experience
  6. Skills in Price negotiation, Cost Analysis, Market intelligence, Supply Chain/Material
  7. High skill in Excel, Words, Powerpoint
  8. High communication and problem solving skills
  9. Good in data analysis
  10. Committed and self-starter
  11. Teamwork spirit and team leader
  12. Be comfortable and get used to global matrix management (in remote)
  13. English and Thai proficiency is a must; Japanese/Chinese is a plus
