Job Descriptions

Responsibilities - Managing in store execution area to ensure efficiency, and customer satisfaction in standard of measurement. - Lead and develop a team of supervisors and merchandisers. - Coordinate all retail-related cross-functional teams. - Closely monitor business KPIs.

Qualifications

Bachelors or higher in business administration, management, marketing, or economics
Age 25 - 35 years old
At least 3 years’ experience in sales, commercial or support function
At least 1-2 years’ experience leading and managing a team
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Highly proficiency in Microsoft office especially in Excel and PowerPoint
Able to work independently, but within a team environment.
Able to function in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.
