Job Descriptions
- Develop and maintain accurate forecasting models based on historical data and business projections.
- Monitor real-time performance metrics and adjust schedules to meet service level goals.
- Collaborate with managers to understand staffing requirements and address scheduling concerns.
- Audit schedules to ensure alignment with business guidelines.
- Analyze workforce data and provide insights for optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, or related field.
- Open to new graduates, with 1+ year of workforce management experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel (Intermediate level or above).
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with workforce management software a plus.
- Certification in workforce management a plus
- Able to 5 days a week (Day off can be rotated)
