Job Descriptions
Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing HR operations to ensure the achievement of organizational goals. He/She will manage HR functions such as recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, performance management, and training within the organization. All HR processes within their area of responsibility must be completed efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role managing large-scale workforces and administrative operations
- Strong understanding of Thai labour laws, HR best practices, and administrative management.
- Collaborative and approachable leader with strong problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in Thai and English.
