Job Descriptions1.Manage the organization's document control system, including the creation, review, distribution, and retention of documents.
2.Establish and maintain document control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
3.Develop and implement document naming conventions, file structures, and version control protocols to facilitate efficient document retrieval.
4.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather, review, and approve documents before distribution.
5.Monitor document repositories to ensure that obsolete documents are removed and current versions are readily available.
6.Train all stakeholders on document control procedures and provide ongoing support and guidance as needed.
7.Ensure documents are shared at key times to facilitate timely project completion and prepare As built, Final Books, MC packages.
8.Collaborate with IT personnel to optimize document management software and troubleshoot technical issues.
9.Provide administrative support to various departments, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
10.Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information contained in company documents.
11.Perform other duties as assigned by management.
