Job Descriptions
•Responsible and follow up for preventive maintenance according to PM schedule. •Action for corrective maintenance according to priority, not effect to operation interruption. •Recommend spare parts list and review according to equipments management procedure. •Implement Maintenance KPI achievement (breakdown time & MTTR & MTBF) •Responsible for new projects and new machines installation, commissioning and acceptance track. •Recommend and review the relevant maintenance documents, such as equipment point checklist, LOTO, SOP, maintenance JSA, preventive maintenance list, etc. •Establish and implement Equipment TPM and contingency plan. •Analyze root cause of equipment downtime and figure out action plan to reduce downtime. •Provide technical training and support to all maintenance technicians, improve their capability of trouble shooting. •Attend daily fast response meeting and issue track. •Coordinate maintenance activity with maintenance team •Cooperate with operation team •Cooperate with procurement team •Lead the entire maintenance technician. •Follow up performance / perform annual appraisal / set up individual and collective objectives. •Develop Technician’s skills in relate work, (Maintenance, QHSE and quality management) . •Control over time of the maintenance Technician. •Plan for optimize overtime and annual leave. •Manage contractors. •Other work assigned to you by supervisor
Qualifications
  1. Male 25-35 years old.
  2. Education: Bachelor's in engineering (Mechanical and Electrical Engineer or C&I Engineer)
  3. Experience: 3 - 5 years working experience in maintenance activity of an industrial plant under operation (preferred in Chemical or thermal industry) with first experience in managing a team. A first experience in an international Company would be appreciated.
  4. Professional Qualifications/Training: TPM, CMMS, Engineering license, Boiler controller certificate
  5. Excellent skills in: Maintenance management, Spare part Management, Process safety, CAD-CAM
  6. Others: Leadership, Open-minded, can-do attitude, Can work under pressure, Team player.
  7. Good English
  8. Able to work in Chonburi
  9. Thai Nationality
  10. Have Experience in Power Plant is an advantage
