Job Descriptions

Win Win Supply / Win Win Power Saving Company, operates in the energy service sector, providing energy-saving solutions consultancy to leading industrial factories for over 8 years. Additionally, the company has installed solar cell systems with a total capacity exceeding 8MWP. Job Description: 1.Responsible for solar projects and other energy saving projects, such as Air Pump Project. 2.Ensure that projects are managed in a proper way regarding budget, timeline, quality, and safety. 3.Interact with other departments related to projects (licensing, procurement, accounting, O&M, engineering) 4.Coordinate and follow up permitting and licensing process with client and licensing department 5.Review technical drawing, specifications, and calculation notes. 6.Manage the customer relationship during the works 7.Create, organize, and maintain documents related to projects to ensure good follow-up 8.Participate in regular internal meetings to discuss the status of projects, project resources, commercial and technical strategic approaches, and other needs 9.Apply ISO 9001:2015 standards to the project. 10.Monitor employees’ work levels and review work performance

Qualifications

Age 28-35 years old
Bachelor's degree Department of Electrical Engineering Major or related field
At least 3 years of experience as a project manager. Electrical engineer regarding solar cells
Have at least 3 years of management experience as an engineer, supervisor or assistant manager. (together with subordinates)
Has expertise in budget management and control
Good knowledge and skills in AutoCAD / PVsyst and SketchUp programs.
Have a strong leadership skill with self-driven leading to the mutual and collaborative goals
Good command in English Level
Able to visit customer's location by personal vehicle.
Have a professional engineer license
