Job Descriptions
1.รับ Orders ลูกค้าจากฝ่ายขาย
2.ประมาณการยอดการผลิต
3.อนุมัติการเปิดใบสั่งผลิต
4.ควบคุมตรวจสอบการวางแผนการผลิต
5.วิเคราะห์สถานะการผลิตเทียบกับแผนการผลิต
6.ติดตาม ทบทวน แก้ไข ปรับปรุงแผนการผลิต
7.วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการผลิต
8.วางแผน แก้ไข ปรับปรุง พัฒนาประสิทธิภาพการผลิต
9.ตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติงานของผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
10.ส่งเสริมสนับสนุนการพัฒนาขีดความสามารถ ของผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
10. สร้างขวัญกำลังใจ และให้คำปรึกษา แนะนำแก่
ผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
11.บริหารจัดการอัตรากำลังคนในหน่วยงาน
Qualifications
- เพศชาย/หญฺิง อายุ 30 ปี ขึ้นไป
- ปริญญาตรีด้านวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ อุตสาหการ,การบริหารธุรกิจ
- สามารถควบคุม และบริหารจัดการกำลังพล และสามารถตัดสินใจเบื้องต้นได้
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office เช่น Excel ,Word,Power Point ได้ในระดับดี
- มีความสามารถด้านการทำงานเป็นทีม
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านการวางแผนการผลิตไม่ต่ำกว่า 5 ปี
