Job Descriptions
The Business Development (Hotel) role is a pivotal position within Okasto, responsible for driving growth in hotel management services and B2B partnerships. The successful candidate will be a proactive and strategic individual with a passion for the hospitality industry and a proven track record in business development. They will identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, while also nurturing existing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Relationship Building:
- Actively identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients in the hotel industry.
- Gain a deep understanding of client needs and explore opportunities to expand hotel management services.
- Network and attend industry events to generate new business leads.
Visionary Leadership:
- Conceptualize and introduce innovative projects and concepts to propel business growth.
- Articulate a compelling vision for business initiatives that resonate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Champion new ideas and drive their implementation.
Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Ensure client satisfaction with Okasto's hotel management services.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of the hotel and B2B markets.
- Stay abreast of market trends and demands to inform business strategies.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Develop and propose business strategies to achieve company growth and objectives.
- Communicate and negotiate effectively with executives, clients, and partners.
- Prepare comprehensive business documents, including reports and presentations.
- Oversee assigned tasks and provide guidance to team members
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or individuals with relevant work experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
