Job Descriptions

-Controls sanitation activities, material, and inventory to achieve cost and quality targets -Control sanitation schedules of the assigned sanitation program. -Ensures sanitation result are in compliance of standards -Responsible for the management and supervision of the assigned sanitation. -Monitor the performance and output of the team and re-assign sanitation tasks and inputs to ensure that sanitation -specifications and schedules; volume, cost, and wastage targets; and quality standards are met. -Operate all relevant machinery, tools, and equipment and undertake standard and complex sanitation tasks safely and in accordance with instructions -Perform basic maintenance on equipment, troubleshoot problems, or arrange for equipment to be repaired or serviced by appropriate technicians -Analyse appropriate headcount for each sanitation task. -Allocate work to individual worker to suit with sanitation task at that day -Coach and mentor less experienced workers to help them use sanitation equipment or resolve problems -Maintain accurate daily production records for the team so that manufacturing performance can be analysed. -Communicate knowledge, regulation and Company message to subordinates -Ensure subordinates work with occupational health and safety, monitor that working environment is in compliance with the Company safety and environment policy and strategy -Contribute to any special assignment as requested by superior -Keep to develop sanitation task, equipment to improve sanitation work and result.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree
Bachelor of Food Sciences, Business Management, Applied Statistic or related field
Proficient in English language (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
Computer literacy
