Job Descriptions- Coordinate and negotiate with customers regarding orders and deliveries via telephone and email
- Handle shipment and delivery processes
- Issue invoices, purchase orders, and prepare necessary documents
- Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer requirements are met
- Perform other tasks as assigned
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Hybrid working schedule (3 days in office, 2 days from home)
- Employees under probation will have different arrangements
- Weekly holidays: Saturday and Sunday, plus traditional holidays
Qualifications - Male or Female, Thai national, age not over 28 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Experience in Purchasing, Billing, Stock, or Sales support is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Good command of English (oral and written)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Reliable, trustworthy, and a good team player
- Service-minded attitude
