Job Descriptions
(1) Responsible for debugging and parameter setting of SMT equipment (such as placement machines, solder paste printers, reflow ovens, etc.) to ensure normal operation of the equipment, and adjust equipment configuration according to production needs.
(2) Analyze technical problems that arise during the production process (such as placement offset, poor welding, solder beads, etc.) and propose solutions.
(3) Continuously optimize existing production processes to improve production efficiency and product quality.
(4) Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions (WI) for SMT production.
(5) Develop equipment maintenance plans, regularly check equipment status, and ensure stable equipment operation.
(6) Responsible for the diagnosis and repair of equipment failures, reducing downtime, coordinating with equipment suppliers, and solving complex technical problems.
(7) Monitor quality indicators in the SMT production process (such as pass rate, defect rate, etc.).
(8) Analyze quality data, find out the root cause of the problem and implement improvement measures.
(9) Optimize the layout of the production line to avoid bottlenecks, and improve production efficiency through equipment improvement or process optimization.
(10) Collaborate across departments and collaborate with R&D, quality, production and other departments to ensure smooth production of products.
Qualifications
- Male, 28 years old and over.
- Engineer in electronics, power or other related fields
- Ability to operate SMT machines (such as Yamaha, Panasonic, FUJI and other brands).
- Ability to operate solder paste printers and reflow ovens.
- Ability to perform daily equipment maintenance (such as cleaning, lubrication, and replacement of easily damaged parts).
- Familiar with SMT and DIP production processes and quality control.
- Ability to distinguish common SMT materials (such as PCBs, various electronic components, etc.).
- Those with experience in AOI, X-ray inspection, and SPI (solder paste inspection) will be preferred.
- Those who are proficient in using office software (such as Excel, Word) and related SMT software will be preferred.
- Those who can adjust equipment process parameters and write placement programs according to product requirements (engineer position).
- More than 3 years for engineers) of SMT-related work experience.
- Those with experience in electronic manufacturing, consumer electronics, automotive electronics, etc. will be preferred.
- Those with relevant professional qualification certificates for SMT technicians (such as IPC certification) will be preferred.
- Those with experience in analyzing production problems (such as placement offset, poor soldering, etc.) will be preferred.
- Those with experience in dust-free workshops will be given priority.
- Intermediate English, Chinese is preferred.
