Job Descriptions
Tempered Cooperatives: The First Thai Cacao Roastery Opened in March 2022 with the goal of being the best provider of Thai cacao products. We are utilizing state of the art machinery and culinary experience of our chefs to create a one of a kind dining experience, where nature meets architecture, in the heart of Bangkok. Responsibilities - Functions as the strategic business leader of the property’s food and beverage operations. - Oversees the development and implementation of business strategies and ensures implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives. - Ensures the food and beverage/culinary operation meets the brand’s target customer needs, ensures employee satisfaction, and focuses on growing revenues and maximizing the financial performance of the venue. - Develops and implements strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand’s target customers and provides a return on investment.
Qualifications
  1. College Degree
  2. Strong commercial/business acumen
  3. Previous experience in a Food & Beverage or Kitchen Management role
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English
