Job Descriptions1.Conduct supplier approval audits as assigned.
2.Manages and coordinates supplier development activities by leading supplier audits, analyzing supplier performance and improvement plans.
3. Responsible for performing supplier-related activities surrounding process control, APQP, and quality launches for new or modified products, in order to support and fulfill the requirements of internal and external customers, all while ensuring local adherence to global quality objectives and corporate standards.
4.Provide and plan trainings on SDE and Supplier management related topics.
5.Support for supplier development measures to achieve maturity level of purchased parts while ensuring the project will be completed on time and the needed capacity is installed.
6.Manages Supplier Quality by launching new programs and ensuring parts meet quality requirements, in addition to leading resolutions of problems in suppliers subsequent performance, by analyzing supplier quality performance, supports purchasing and cost reduction programs.
7.Support for supplier development tasks upon request.
8.Coach and train suppliers this it is necessary to be consultant and hands on to achieve best results for AEROKLAS and our customers.
9. Tracking of actions and intense follow up with suppliers and AEROKLAS internal departments (such as Engineering, Purchasing, Quality and Logistics) is necessary.
