Job Descriptions
- Manage all recruitment process, pool, interview, and test for hiring the right candidates to fill vacant positions both internal and external candidate.
- Understand the business operations and support operational
- Mainly handle welfare (Social Security, Nametag)
- New Staffs Onboarding process
- Handling internship program
- Work closely with line manager and acting as line HR Business partner and consultant
- Manage and co-ordinate with all employee relations and support to clubs
- Provide monthly report to HR or line manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource or related field.
- 3 years of experience in recruiting, HR operations
- Ability to work independently and self-motivated.
- Actively and Flexible
- Strong communication skill
- Able to communicate in English, both writing and speaking
