Job Descriptions
Job Description / ลักษณะงาน
1. Receive purchasing needs from purchasing agencies / รับความต้องการในการจัดซื้อจากหน่วยงานจัดซื้อ
2. Select vendors/contractors and evaluate them / เลือกผู้ขาย/ผู้รับเหมาและประเมินผล
3. Prepare a price comparison before purchasing to get the best price / จัดทำการเปรียบเทียบราคาก่อนการจัดซื้อเพื่อให้ได้ราคาที่ดีที่สุด
4. Prepare a purchase order / จัดทำใบสั่งซื้อ
5. Follow up on delivery from the seller and the seller's after-sales service / ติดตามการจัดส่งจากผู้ขายและบริการหลังการขายจากผู้ขาย
6. If there is a product quality problem caused by the seller, follow up and resolve the issue / หากมีปัญหาคุณภาพสินค้าที่เกิดจากผู้ขาย ต้องติดตามและแก้ไขปัญหา
7. Manage cross-country procurement and track customs clearance / จัดการการจัดซื้อข้ามประเทศและติดตามพิธีการศุลกากร
8. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations / ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าปฏิบัติตามข้อบังคับการค้าระหว่างประเทศ
