2. Designing marketing plan and strategies to create awareness and align with objectives
and brand images.
3. Creating and enforcing team policy, target, and KPI.
4. Managing budget and expenditures for research, campaigns, events, and activities.
5. Conducting market research to locate new customers and competitors, and identifying
trends in the market.
6. Overseeing marketing team on day-to-day operations and collaborate with internal teams
(Creative, F&B, BD) to ensure clear communication during marketing campaigns.
7. Coordinating marketing projects, company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
8. Implementing customer-service standards and maintaining CRM to ensure best
customer's experience
