Job Descriptions● Work closely with BD to understand business/franchisee's requirements
● Lead the development of new products/concepts by working with kitchen, bar,
purchasing, operations, designer, and related team/persons
● Conduct market analysis to understand the market landscape e.g. what are already
in the market, who's doing it, how they are doing it, what/how we can be better or
different etc.
● Develop products and concepts that are interesting while ensuring the target costing
is achieved
● In charge of the styling and presentation of products and related materials.
● Work with the marketing team for the design of all communication materials used to
promote the products/concepts as well as all brand touchpoints.
● Source material samples. Work with graphic designer/supplier to ensure the
execution done as required (materials specs, size, etc)
● Deliver the concept/products to the operation team
● Support restaurant managers with product knowledge and sales strategy training.
● Support marketing team with product info, able to guide and suggest stories the
brand should tell about the products
● Work with admin/IT to develop weekly dashboard and sales report
● Monitor sales trends, spending per head, best/least selling items, etc.
● Present in a monthly report: sales, key metrics to analyze sales trends, what's in the
development/ feedbacks/ improvement plan eg. how to increase spending per head
etc.
● Supervise and develop growth plan for restaurant managers and an admin
