Job Descriptions
1. Responsible for the construction and improvement of product quality assurance system, ensuring that the company's products meet the requirements of quality management system 9001 and 16949. 2. Develop and implement a quality inspection process to ensure that every step of the product from raw materials to finished products meets quality standards. 3. Monitor the production process, promptly identify and address quality issues, reduce defect rates, and improve product qualification rates. 4. Regularly organize quality review meetings to analyze product quality issues, propose improvement measures, and track implementation results. 5. Participate in quality reviews for new product development, provide professional advice on quality control, and ensure that new products meet quality requirements.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical, electronic, quality management and other related fields, familiar with quality management system 9001 and 16949 standards.
  2. More than 3 years of work experience as a QA engineer or related field, with priority given to those with experience in the mechanical industry.
  3. Proficient in quality inspection processes and methods, able to independently develop and execute quality inspection plans.
  4. Having good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively collaborate with R&D, production and other departments to solve quality problems.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to propose effective improvement measures for quality issues.
  6. Chinese Speaker
  7. Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  8. Male
