Job Descriptions
1.Operation focus on Crankshaft machining line on daily throughput with cross functional team.
2.Design and develop machining process content on crankshaft machining line to meet cost, quality & cycle time target.
3.Lead cross functional team to make troubleshooting & problem-solving on quality, cost & delivery issue.
4.Improvement current process to ensure crankshaft machining line meet capacity plan.
5.Conduct and update WI that relate machining process.
Qualifications
- Gender: None
- Age: 30 years old and above.
- Degree on engineering or equivalent.
- Good computer literacy MS Office, Auto CAD 2D&3D
- Experience on machining process more than 5year&understand CNC program.
- Have Experience and knowledge on machining center, late machine, grinding machine etc.
- Knowledge on GD&T, cutting tool, gauge/measuring equipment, special tool design.
