Job Descriptions
Role Overview: ให้การสนับสนุนในเชิงเทคนิคเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการฉีดแม่พิมพ์พลาสติก ทั้งด้านการปฏิบัติงาน และใช้งานเครื่องจักรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขึ้นรูปแม่พิมพ์ Responsibilities: • ปฏิบัติงานและดำเนินการปรับเครื่องฉีดพลาสติด รวมถึงอุปกรณ์และเครื่องจักรอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการผลิตแม่พิมพ์ • ปฏิบัติงานเกี่ยวกับการบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์อุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในการงาน รวมถึงการแก้ไข ซ่อมแซมอะไหล่ที่จำเป็นเพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับการผลิตแม่พิมพ์ ทั้งฮาร์ดแวร์ และ ซอฟท์แวร์ • ดำเนินการตัดกลึงชิ้นงานตามแบบภาพวาด(Drawing) โดยรับผิดชอบชิ้นส่วนที่เป็นองค์ประกอบของอุปกรณ์ฉีดเลนส์ และให้คำแนะนำเชิงเทคนิคกับทีมงาน • แก้ไขปัญหาและตรวจสอบความผิดพลาดที่เกิดขึ้นของเครื่องขึ้นรูปแม่พิมพ์ และเครื่องตัดพิน ภายในกระบวนการผลิตแม่พิมพ์ • ให้การสนับสนุนการผลิตโมเดลต้นแบบใหม่ และการตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง (Validation) • ให้การสนับสนุนการผลิตโมเดลต้นแบบใหม่ และการตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง (Validation) • ให้การสนับสนุนเกี่ยวกับการตัดพินและการวัดค่าพิน • ให้การสนับสนุนเกี่ยวกับการฉีดตัวอย่างแม่พิมพ์ และการผลิตตัวอย่าง IOL • ให้การสนับสนุนการวัดขนาดและวัดแสงของเลนส์ • ให้การสนับสนุนกิจกรรมเกี่ยวกับการปรับปรุงกระบวนการอื่นๆ และงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายเพิ่มเติมจากหัวหน้างาน
Qualifications
  1. จบการศึกษาระดับปวส. สาขาไฟฟ้า, จักรกลโรงงาน, เทคนิคการผลิต และ สาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับการฉีดแม่พิมพ์พลาสติก
  3. มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับการซ่อมบำรุง และปรับปรุงวัสดุ อุปกรณ์
  4. หากมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับเครื่อง CNC ละ EDM จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  5. สามารถใช้งานภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับดี (ฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน)
