Job Descriptions

1. Build, optimize and promote the implementation of the organization, performance and salary management system of the main packaging plant and evaluate the effect regularly in combination with the group's development strategy planning and actual situation; 2. Deeply understand the personnel status, operation and business model of the packaging plant, analyze and sort out regularly, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions; 3, according to the company's operation management and business development planning, reasonable prediction of human resource needs, organization and formulation of talent allocation plans; 4. Responsible for the implementation of talent recruitment, selection, evaluation of talents, sorting out and improving the recruitment process; 5. Responsible for coordinating project resources, planning, organizing and implementing creative activities for employees, promoting cultural advocacy and staff activities, and enriching staff cultural experience; 6. Responsible for local labor compliance management; 7. Other basic personnel related work.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above, human resources, social security, business administration, psychology and other related majors
with manufacturing work background, more than 3 years of HR related work experience, rich accumulation in the recruitment module, overseas work experience is preferred
Thai and Chinese fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing, can be used as a working language
have a sense of responsibility and teamwork, excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
