Job Descriptions
1.Inspect raw materials to ensure consistency and integrity 2.Report problems or concerns to senior management immediately 3.Issue and Follow up CAR-PAR for supplier 4.Issue limit sample part from customer and training operator for understand 5.Monitoring supplier defect that effect in process 6.Audit supplier according to plan 7.Cooperate with new model them for checking quality of new part and report in AQ meeting, make inspection check sheet for new part according to specification. 8.Take response to control document/ method/WI and support ISO activity. 9.Support customer audit process and quality problems, and coordinate in new model phase with R&D team and customers 10.IATF 16949/ISO 9001/ISO14001 internal audit activities. 11.Follow the policy and environmental objectives 12.Prepare and evaluation Aspect responsible department 13.Report environmental problems in the area to the safety staff
Qualifications
  1. Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 23-30
  2. Bachelor's degree in science or related field"
  3. 1+ years’ in quality control or quality assurance position
  4. Able to read & interpret drawings, manual, specifications & standard.
  5. Good team player, open minded and able to come with creative solutions
  6. Having a knowledge of ISO 9001 or IATF16949 is plus
  7. Good English skill in all speaking/Reading/Writing.
  8. Ability to translate skills and knowledge to others
  9. Good knowledge of QC 7 tools, 8D, ISO9001&IATF, FMEA
  10. Computer literacy (MS office).
  11. Good human relations, strong communications skills.
