Job Descriptions
1. ประสานงานกับทีม Shipping และ หัวลาก
2. ตรวจเช็คเอกสาร B/L , Invoice, Packing Listหรือเอกสารอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
3. ประสานงานกับสายเรือ Submit SI & VGM กับสายเรือ รวมถึงตามค่าใช้จ่าย
4. อัพเดทราคา Freight ให้กับทางจีน
5. รับข้อมูล-ปล่อย Booking ให้กับลูกค้า
6. เบิก – จ่าย ค่า D/O,ภาษี,ค่าใช้จ่ายในท่าเรือ
7. ติดตามสถานะสินค้าและอัพเดทให้ลูกค้า
8. มีประสบการณ์จอง Booking Freight USA กับทางสายเรือ EMC, MAERSK, MSC, CMA, OOCL, COSCO, ONE เป็นต้น
**รับเรซูเม่เป็นภาษาอังกฤษเท่านั้น**
Qualifications
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านโลจิสติกส์หรือ Freight Forwarder 1 ปีขึ้นไป
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ แก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
- มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี ร่าเริง แจ่มใส
- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ ในการส่งอีเมล์หรือการทำงานได้
