Job Descriptions

Job Description 1. completion of production tasks and high efficiency of sample delivery; 2. the daily work of the production department and coordination between departments; 3. Responsible for formulating production-related documents and management systems and organizing their effective implementation; 4. Formulate the department’s annual work goals and work goals for each stage based on the company’s annual business goals, and implement performance appraisals: 5. Use effective management methods to stimulate the morale of subordinate personnel, improve work efficiency, and supervise their effective implementation in accordance with work standards or requirements to ensure the achievement of departmental goals; 6. Organize effective training to improve the ideological level, management ability, and work skills of subordinates and provide guidance, supervision, inspection, and assessment of their work; 7. Responsible for the education of safety production awareness and effectively implementing safe and civilized production; 8. Responsible for the monthly production report 9. Responsible for achieving the quality objectives of the department, analyzing the reasons for failure to achieve them, proposing improvement measures, and tracking the improvement results. 10. Responsible for completing tasks temporarily assigned by company leaders.

Qualifications

Have more than 5 years of relevant work experience in the industry and be proficient in the industry environment
full of enthusiasm and pursuit of the industry; unique understanding of products; strong learning ability
Familiarity with production management and quality management knowledge
Proficient in using office software to formulate various production reports
Be able to adapt to shift work
