Job Descriptions
- Create Plan order Verify the accuracy of each item to ensure it is suitable for purchase. and Summary item to request approval step Issue po - Issue Purchase Order (PO) to supplier all item by SAP System - Input and follow up plan delivery from supplier in SAP System - Control stock compare forecast and monitor stock levels as place orders as needed - Create delivery on time report per month with All customer - Management shipment from Oversea - Communication and responsibility between Vendor with all department - Support other job as assigned
Qualifications
  1. Age 25-30 years
  2. Bachelor' degree in Business Administration or related field.
  3. 1-2 years of work experience
  4. Able to contact supplier both of oversea and Local.
  5. Strong negotiation skill and good coordinator.
  6. Must be computer literate (Microsoft Word & Excel). SAP
  7. Knowledge base MS Office, SAP (SD)
