Job Descriptions
- Prepare accounting documents and check their accuracy. - Record income-expense accounting entries in the accounting system.(Accpac) - Make various accounting reports.( GL, AP, AR, RV reconciliation and others) - Reconcile Bank Statements. - Prepare billing, Issue services invoice and receipt. - Preparing the input tax and output tax reports. - Issue PR / PO and others for purchase. - Contact and coordinate with others departments. - Other duties in related accounting & finance and general affair work.
Qualifications
  1. Recruiting for the position of Accounting / Finance Officer.
  2. Education : Bachelor of Accountancy (Accounting) / B.Acc.(Accounting)
  3. Experience 0-3 years or more.
  4. Male and female / Age 23-25 years and up, not more than 30 years.
  5. Good command of spoken and written English is an advantage.
  6. Able to operate Microsoft and Accounting Software.
  7. Positive attitude, Energetic, diligent, honest, patient.
  8. Experience will be given special consideration.
