Job Descriptions
1.Established appropriate performance report. 2.Undertakes the responsibility of the Engineering functions. 3.Establishes and control engineering resources to optimize its effectiveness. 4.Lead and train all engineering personnel to attain the requirement skill and knowledge to meet corporate goals. 5.Establishes process and product requirements and performs feasibility study as necessary. 6.Assist Production on all engineering matters such as technical trouble shooting. 7.Evaluates and improves productivity and reliability through better design and control features. 8.To conduct continuous product quality improvement and upgrades production and process standards. 9.To maintain and update process control chart, engineering product, machine and tooling data files. 10.Prepares product drawing, machine data, operation layout, process control chart and others related document for Production and QA department. 11.Evaluates and coordinate with Sales, QA and Production on all FA activities where applicable. 12.To co-ordinate and communicate with relevant department head or the purpose of achieving the goals. 13.To perform document control.
Qualifications
  1. Diploma / B.A or any filed
  2. +5 Years
  3. Good command in English, Engineering knowledge.
  4. Basic management and supervisory skill.
  5. ISO9001, ISO13485, ISO14001, ISO22301
