-วางแผนและควบคุมดูแลการปฏิบัติงานในแผนก
-ควบคุมติดตามกระบวนผลิตให้ได้ตามเป้าหมายและคุณภาพ
-วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาในกระบวนการผลิต
-ฝึกอบรมพนักงานในแผนก
Qualifications
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ
- จบการศึกษาระดับ ปวส. ขึ้นไป
- ประสบการณ์ทำงานโรงงาน 3 ปีข้นไป ด้านการผลิต
- สามารถบริหารพนักงานในไลน์การผลิตได้
- มีความรับผิดชอบสูง
- หากสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้ จะได้รับการพิจารณาพิเศษ
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ มีไหวพริบในการแก้ปัญหาหน้างานได้ดี
- มีวุฒิภาวะความเป็นผู้นำ
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจระบบ ISO9001
