Job Descriptions
1. Receive order from customer 2. Forecasting order volume based on information from customers. 3. Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made. 4. Control order on hand and prepare shipping confirmation. 5. Contact customer for support customer requirement. 6. Coordinate with internal team ; PL Dept, Production Dept, QA Dept for support customer requirement 7. Handling urgent calls, emails, and answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events. 8. To performance by the regulation, operational standard, procedure. 9. Summary total sales amount and forecast. 10. Others as assigned by superior.
Qualifications
  1. Female age 23 - 30 years.
  2. Bachelor degree in Engineering , Marketing or related fields.
  3. Working Experience in Marketing officer of 1 years Up.
  4. Able to communicate in English will consider specially
  5. Can use computer all function. (Microsoft office)
  6. Ability to work under pressure and High sense of responsibility.
  7. Good communication skills and Good personality and a team player.
